About the RoleThe LPN/LVN is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physician orders. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering and coordinating quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Continuously observing and assessing patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary.
- Documenting all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must possess:
