Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience as a Retail Operations Leader in luxury or contemporary fashion, managing teams of at least five individuals.
  • Strong knowledge of effective retail processes and loss prevention strategies.
  • Availability to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating memorable shopping experiences for all customers.
  • Training and mentoring team members, managing schedules, and demonstrating sales leadership on the sales floor.
  • Ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational procedures, overseeing store upkeep, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for business growth, enhancing customer and employee engagement, and maintaining operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with other brands under Retail for the People on various projects as needed.

Success Metrics:

  • Achievement of sales goals, conversion rates, units per transaction, and average unit retail.
  • Building a cohesive and effective store team.
  • Efficient completion of tasks.
