Job Overview

Zips Car Wash is a dynamic and positive team dedicated to excellence, seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to lead our operations. This role involves overseeing daily activities, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly and engage them in a friendly manner.
  • Enroll and support customers with our Unlimited Wash Club.
  • Safely load vehicles with clear hand signals and a smile.
  • Evaluate and improve the car wash experience for all guests.
  • Perform daily equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Clean the tunnel and equipment regularly.
  • Maintain the outside appearance of landscaping and ensure functioning vacuums.
  • Open and close the site, managing daily operations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and motivation to team members to meet sales goals and service standards.
Requirements
  • 1 year of leadership experience in sales or customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • PREFERRED: Associate degree or higher in Business or related field.
  • PREFERRED: Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • PREFERRED: Car Wash experience.
