We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized Customer Experience Representative to join our service department at Lewis RV Center.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the service process, including scheduling appointments, ordering parts, and preparing estimates for repairs.

You will also be responsible for communicating with customers regarding the status of their vehicle, addressing any concerns they may have, and ensuring that they are satisfied with the level of service provided.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will work closely with our technicians, service manager, and other departments to ensure that all aspects of the service process are handled efficiently and effectively.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an RV dealership or a similar industry.
