About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Order Fulfillment Consultant to join our team at IBM. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in SAP Order Fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
  • Manage high-performing teams of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.
  • Provide expert-level business process guidance on SAP Order Fulfillment (OF) requirements and design.
  • Design and configure business processes in SAP to procure goods and services by converting sales orders and/or third-party requests to purchase requests (PRs) and converting PRs to purchase orders or buyer funding documents.
Requirements
  • Professional expertise with SAP: In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP OF processes, including Order management, Order Fulfillment, Pricing, Delivery, Returns, Rebates, Backorder processing, Billing, User Exits, and Credit Management.
  • 10+ years SAP experience.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP SD Order To Cash.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional 4 years relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher - US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 or more years SAP OF experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP.
  • Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures.
  • Federal experience.
  • Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix.
  • Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills.
