Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be required to work on weekends and weekdays.

Responsible for the thorough cleaning and servicing of designated guest accommodations and bathrooms in a prompt and systematic manner, adhering to established protocols and standards.

Tasks include changing linens, making beds, and vacuuming both occupied and vacant guest rooms.


Dusting all areas of the guest room, including furniture, light fixtures, electronic devices, air conditioning units, and window sills.

Cleaning mirrors and reporting completion of service to guest services for room availability. Any rooms that cannot be serviced within the expected timeframe should be reported to the supervisor.

Identifying and reporting maintenance needs or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Responding to inquiries from guests, supervisors, or management in a prompt and effective manner.

Keeping the linen cart and supplies organized and tidy according to departmental standards.

Ensuring the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies each day.

Reporting lost and found items to the supervisor.

Replacing light bulbs as necessary.

Transporting waste to designated disposal areas.

Restocking items such as drinking glasses, writing materials, bathroom supplies, and linens.

Cleaning guest rooms in accordance with brand-specific and company-mandated time standards.

Adhering to team cleaning procedures and self-inspection protocols.

Responding swiftly to guest requests in a courteous manner and addressing complaints or requests to the appropriate department, ensuring follow-up for guest satisfaction.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the maid station and preparing rollaway beds as needed.

Exhibiting a professional appearance at all times through appropriate attire.

Complying with company policies and procedures.
