- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, mechanical and electrical maintenance principles, and leadership experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in professional and engineering PC applications, including software and tools relevant to the maintenance industry.
- Language Skills: English language proficiency (reading, writing, oral) is required.
