Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Performance Management: Oversee the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM): Develop and implement TPM strategies to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines.
  • People Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being.
  • Predictive Maintenance: Develop and control the predictive maintenance of plant machinery, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance.
  • Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, mechanical and electrical maintenance principles, and leadership experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in professional and engineering PC applications, including software and tools relevant to the maintenance industry.
  • Language Skills: English language proficiency (reading, writing, oral) is required.
