Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive the growth of our online business in an efficient and scalable manner. In this role, you will oversee all e-commerce activities, optimizing processes to enhance customer experience, sales performance, and profitability. You'll suggest recommendations for integration opportunities and third-party tools that streamline the order process and reduce manual intervention.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Owning and executing the e-commerce business strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall company goals.
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes to streamline order management and product customization, working with suppliers to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Partnering with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversion, and boost average order value.
  • Analyzing website data and key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Enhancing user experience across the site and implementing A/B tests to improve navigation, product search, and checkout processes.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors, platform providers, and third-party tools.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of online business models, marketing strategies, and customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability plans, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with a company match after one year.
