Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Pennsylvania store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff on service standards and monitoring performance.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and drive business growth.
- Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and supply chain logistics.
- Financial Management: Manage cash flow, control expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote the store and drive customer engagement.
Requirements
">- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
