Job Title: Senior Airframe Structure Engineering Manager

At Boeing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Airframe Structure Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design and analysis of aircraft structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and analysis of aircraft structures
  • Develop and execute integrated program plans, policies, and procedures
  • Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities
  • Provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
  • Support design reviews, analyses, simulations, and component/system testing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience as an assigned manager of engineers
  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft structural design or analysis engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with aircraft, missile, spacecraft, or similar vehicle structural design and/or analysis
  • Experience in developing proposals and in customer interactions
  • 12+ years of aerospace industry experience in structural design and analysis
