Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Airframe and Powerplant Technician to join our General Aviation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to aircraft maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities
  • Perform work specified on the shop order with efficiency and in accordance with Repair Station specifications.
  • Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, propeller, electrical, control systems, wheels, brakes, interior, etc.
  • Communicate directly with senior personnel to inform customers of additional service needs and provide estimates of time required for repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer and Repair Station specifications.
Qualifications
  • Airframe and Power Plant License required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, with a willingness to improve.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.

Preferred qualifications include Part 91, 135, or 145 experience within an MRO or FBO base.
