About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Transportation Specialist to join our team at Active Day Centers. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of our members, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining our company vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Transport members safely and efficiently to and from our Adult Day Centers
  • Assist members with on- and off-boarding, as well as any special needs during transport
  • Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times
  • Report any vehicle issues promptly to ensure the safety of our members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and state/vehicle-specific driver credentials
  • Prior experience working with seniors and/or adults with special needs is a plus
  • Ability to pass a required physical exam, including a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
  • Successful background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Clear pre-employment drug test results
