Our Operations team is currently seeking a Production Assembly Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to team members during the assembly of manual wheelchairs.

Conduct standard work training to ensure all team members are adequately prepared to achieve production targets.

Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency while identifying and mitigating waste.

Detect process irregularities and defects in the production line and report them during daily reviews.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment for the assembly team, adhering to the See Something Say Something initiative aimed at achieving zero lost time incidents.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Possess basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word, etc.)

Respond promptly and effectively when production lines experience downtime.

Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production leadership role is preferred, or at least 2 years as a production line operator.

Flexibility to adapt to change is essential, as thorough knowledge of all assembly stations is required.
