Clinical Nurse Supervisor

Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Supervisor. As a key member of our Nursing Administration department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and overseeing the daily operations of our 25-bed hospital. Our scenic mountain locale provides a perfect balance of outdoor living and access to shopping, retail, arts, and culture.
About the JobThis role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least 1-2 years of acute care experience. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and make decisions that impact patient outcomes. Your strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively will enable you to excel in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Collect relevant data and analyze patient assessments to determine diagnosis and care issues
- Develop and implement plans to prescribe interventions and promote health and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide patient care in a safe, healing environment
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate duties of healthcare team members
We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of dedicated professionals, we encourage you to apply.
