Job Description

Forhyre is seeking a highly skilled and flexible Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Tehachapi, CA.

The successful candidate will have experience in dialysis care and be able to adapt to different clinic locations, primarily based in Hanford.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
  3. Administer medications and closely monitor patients for any adverse reactions during treatment.
  4. Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to develop and implement tailored care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, dietary requirements, and self-care practices.
  6. Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
  7. Adjust to various CVN locations as needed, prioritizing the specific needs of each facility.

Qualifications
  • Valid RN licensure in California.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • At least 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably including 1 year in dialysis.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
