Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Post Production Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. The Post Production Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the post-production department, aiding in various functions to guarantee the timely and effective delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation, execution, and documentation of contracts, ensuring prompt payments to freelancers and vendors.
- Organize and oversee digital assets, post-production materials, project documentation, media libraries, archives, and databases, ensuring all resources are accessible and systematically arranged.
- Provide extensive administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments, managing schedules, handling communications, and coordinating activities among post-production personnel such as editors and sound engineers to promote a seamless workflow.
- Support quality assurance processes to confirm that all outputs meet project requirements and quality benchmarks, adhering to deadlines.
- Assist with a range of additional post-production activities as necessary to facilitate project completion and team goals.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in post-production or a similar capacity is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet stringent deadlines.
- Fundamental understanding of post-production processes and software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve.

This role offers an opportunity for contractual employment with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position. The compensation range for this role during the contractual phase is between $3000 and $3500 per month.
