Job Summary

This role provides administrative support to physical production executives focusing on projects at Apple TV+. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly attitude and determined work ethic. We need someone exceptionally well-organized and able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, taking initiative wherever possible and budgeting time for special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to team leaders at the executive or leadership level
Run cross-functional calendars with heavy scheduling, while supporting the overall teams
Coordinate meetings via live, video conference and conference calls, plan and execute offsite meetings for team
Quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures
Consistent interaction with top Executive Admins and Executives within Apple Inc.
Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
Critical thinking needed, able to understand the business and see the "big picture"
Ability to excel working with complex and different personalities diplomatically
Proactively lead team support, ranging from creating contact lists and digital filing to printer management, supplies, facilities, ordering equipment for tech lab and more
Proficient in eApproval and completing expense reports
Experience with on-boarding new employees
Efficient in Apple programs, especially iCal, Keynote, Numbers, Pages along with additional knowledge of Excel
Contribute a fun and creative approach to team activities and morale

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience assisting an entertainment executive with excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure
Experience calendaring for multiple executives and/or teams
Must possess critical thinking and a "can-do" attitude for all situations
Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and react efficiently and calmly in the face of changes
Direct experience taking care of sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor knowing when to delegate issues upward
Determined, proactive and eager to take on new challenges while remaining calm under pressure
We want you to be confident to make complicated decisions on your own when needed and articulate your reasoning
Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly with a passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices

Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $33.94 and $51.15/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
