We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to lead our Child Clinical Team at Seattle Children's. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the highest quality care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to the Child Clinical Team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and families.
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to inform treatment plans.
- Lead skills groups and provide individual and family therapy to patients and families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- PhD, PsyD, or Ed.D. in psychology, with specialization in child clinical psychology from an APA-accredited training program.
- Completion of an APA-approved internship.
- Formal post-doctoral training in an appropriate area of specialization.
- Licensed as a Psychologist in the State of Washington.
- Post-doctoral level experience in pediatric psychology.
- Experience in a pediatric medical setting.
Seattle Children's offers a competitive salary range of $111,921 - $176,283 annual USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
