    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Monitor and address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job responsibilities effectively.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Restaurant Image and Maintenance
    • Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe condition at all times.
    • Monitor and address any maintenance or repair issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Monitor and address any potential risks or issues that could impact the restaurant's operations or reputation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and achieving financial goals.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
