Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator for Catholic Health Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of our Physician Practice through various clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries
- Organize and schedule patient appointments
- Facilitate communication between physicians and patients
- Prepare and maintain patient records for upcoming visits
- Liaise with insurance providers for necessary referrals and authorizations
- Assist patients with diverse administrative needs

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate's degree or completion of a relevant program from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal abilities along with effective written and verbal communication skills to support team collaboration and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
- Competence in using, maintaining, and troubleshooting office equipment.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is USD $27.42 per hour. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job location. The salary range does not include bonuses, incentives, or other forms of compensation that may apply.
