As a Healthcare Practice Support Specialist at Catholic Health Service, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Physician Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Coordinate appointment scheduling
- Handle correspondence for physicians
- Prepare patient documentation for consultations
- Liaise with insurance providers for referrals and authorizations
- Assist patients with various inquiries and needs
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate's degree or completion of a relevant specialty program from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities to enhance service delivery and team collaboration.
