Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance
  • Lead and manage the finance team to ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and maintain accurate and transparent financial records
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and vendors

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning and management
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel, QuickBooks, and Avalara
