Qualifications for a Support Specialist at Sevita:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency as a Caregiver, Direct Support Professional, Resident Assistant, or Home Health Aide within assisted living and human services.
Attributes: Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance may be required for certain positions.
