Hatfield Recreation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Life Safety Specialist to join our team at the Aquatic Center in Hatfield, Pennsylvania.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the safety of patrons in the water and pool facility by maintaining a vigilant presence and responding promptly to emergencies.
  • Administer swim tests as required and complete injury and accident reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist with front desk operations, handle monetary transactions, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Clean and maintain the pool, pool area, pool furniture, and bathrooms to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform routine tasks such as cleaning tables, checking trash cans, and sweeping the snack stand area.
  • Assume responsibility for scheduled shift assignments and complete weekly schedules.
  • Take direction, instruction, and constructive criticism to continuously improve performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be lifeguard certified.
  • Must be certified in First Aid and CPR.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
