Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Bucks County Estate Traders Inc is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Cleaning Staff to maintain the cleanliness of our building and products. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as within a team.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare products for photography and sale
- Maintain the cleanliness of the building, including vacuuming, bathrooms, windows, and dusting
- Ensure the cleanliness of their workspace
- Identify and report any flaws or issues that require attention from the Repair Team
- Collaborate with the Warehouse team to efficiently move products through their life cycle
- Adhere to OSHA standards and safety protocols when using cleaning supplies
- Ability to work part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with mandatory Saturdays from 8:30-4:30
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
