Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and resolve incidents and/or changes requested by customers and internal staff
  • Collaborate with data analysts to ensure data collection and monitoring is timely and accurate
  • Provide end-user technical assistance, support, training, and advice on DoH applications
  • Work with business analysts to identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist with after-hours maintenance activities and participate in on-call rotations
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or high school diploma (or GED) and three years of current and progressive related work
  • Working knowledge of a broad range of Microsoft Products and Operating Systems
  • Preference given to individuals with experience in PC troubleshooting, end-user support, training, graphics, and multimedia programs
About this Position:

This is a full-time temporary position expected to last for one to two years. Temporary employees who work more than 30 hours per week are eligible for health insurance, retirement, and life insurance. The position may require flexibility to accommodate different work schedules and work locations.
