Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior directors and team members in the Miami office. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling needs for senior leaders and teams
- Create and compile meeting materials, including PowerPoint presentations, for various committees and leadership meetings
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming requests and issues addressed to senior directors, including sensitive or confidential matters
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain and prioritize daily action items and manage confidential information
- Process expense reports and submit them in a timely manner
- Compose and proofread correspondence, memos, and emails as requested
- Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects, and assist with clerical duties
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting executives in a professional services organization
- Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Visio and SharePoint a plus
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience
