  • Clean and sanitize kitchen and cooking equipment to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Dust and clean windows, counters, tables, and woodwork to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, perimeter of the building, and parking lot to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our employees and guests.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to complete cleaning tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Follow proper food and health safety precautions and processes to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform duties as directed by management to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning and sanitation in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team and individually to achieve common goals.
  • Professional appearance and conduct are essential for this role.
  • Must be thorough and detail-oriented in all aspects of cleaning and sanitation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and take direction from management.
  • Must be able to work individually and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong work ethic and initiative are essential for success in this role.
  • Must be a team player and effective communicator.
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year federal background check (TSA) to ensure the safety and security of our guests and employees.
