Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Center Manager at our Fort Worth, TX location. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team and overseeing daily operations at our outpatient center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily management and supervision of services at assigned center
  • Facilitate team dynamics and efficient facility functions
  • Communicate with Regional Director/Market Manager on an on-going basis and provide clinical and operational performance updates
  • Identify key indicators and influence upon them
  • Manage staff and financial aspects of the outpatient center
Requirements
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
  • A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred
