Job Title: Senior DEIA Advisor

Stratitia, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior DEIA Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in advancing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of advancing DEI principles in complex organizations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DEI principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our leadership team on DEI-related matters.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other events to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Conduct regular DEI assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our DEI Council to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, plus 10 years of relevant work experience, or a bachelor's degree and sufficient specialized experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in advancing DEI principles in USG and/or private sector organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of DEI principles for complex organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of USAID policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
