Standard Fleet is a leading provider of EV fleet management software, empowering businesses to switch to electric vehicles and accelerate the commercial adoption of electric vehicle fleets. We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Full Stack Engineer - EV Mobility. This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of a rapidly evolving market with enormous growth potential.

You'll be responsible for building software solutions that EV fleets desperately need, working across the stack to build features for our web application and backend using Typescript (React), Go, and Python. You'll collaborate with design, customer experience, sales teams, as well as key customers, to define, design, and ship new features.

**Requirements:**
* 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
* Customer-first mindset and an interest in talking with customers to make sure we're building a polished product that meets their needs.
* Self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects to completion.
* Team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
