We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Standard Fleet. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-funded startup, backed by top investors in Silicon Valley, and make a meaningful impact on the future of electric mobility.

Company Overview: Standard Fleet aims to accelerate the commercial adoption of electric vehicle fleets by setting the standard in EV fleet management. Our mission is to empower thousands of businesses to switch to electric vehicles, making transportation more sustainable and efficient.

Job Description: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building software solutions that EV fleets desperately need to unlock the power of connected, electric vehicles. You will work across the stack, building features for our web application and backend using Typescript (React), Go, and Python. You will collaborate with design, customer experience, sales teams, as well as key customers, to define, design, and ship new features.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for electric vehicles and the future of transportation. You should have high standards and a strong work ethic, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should also have a customer-first mindset, with an interest in talking with customers to make sure we're building a polished product that meets their needs.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ($120,000 - $180,000 per year) and equity in a rapidly growing company. We also provide top-notch health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and all equipment provided by Standard Fleet. We'll consider remote candidates but prefer those based in the Bay Area.
