Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of our construction projects. If you have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers to review and analyze project timelines and budget.
  • Develop and implement operating methods and procedures to eliminate problems and improve quality.
  • Consult with engineering personnel to modify project plans as needed.
  • Ensure work on site is performed in accordance with contract documents and specifications.
  • Create and maintain a three-week look-ahead schedule for construction activities.
  • Enforce safety programs and maintain existing customer and subcontractor relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Prior experience with Procore Management Software.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, customers, and employees.
