Key Responsibilities:
- Execute installation, qualification, routine maintenance, and repairs of sophisticated instruments at client locations.
- Manage administrative duties including service scheduling, documentation completion, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with a broader customer-facing team, including Customer Care, Service Sales, and Account Managers, to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A background in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related STEM fields.
- Proficient in using calibrated tools, hand tools, and power tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Travel and Physical Requirements:
This role necessitates travel, including flying and/or driving, with potential overnight stays. A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing various physical activities such as standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with environments adhering to GxP guidelines.
- Strong IT skills related to Networking and Automation.
- Knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
