Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Careerbuilder-US. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Listen, understand, and take quick action to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Account Management: Assist customers in selecting the best products and services to meet their technology and communications needs, and help set up accounts.
- Order Processing: Process upgrades, downgrades, and new product purchases, and facilitate delivery and installation efficiently and effectively.
- Time Management: Maintain excellent time management and professional customer service at all times, and balance multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Professional Development: Participate in continuous professional development training sessions and engage in a dynamic team-based company culture.
