Job Summary

Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC) is seeking a skilled Portfolio Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive occupancy and enhance the resident experience across our portfolio of properties in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive occupancy and resident engagement across assigned properties
  • Manage and maintain property websites, social media, and other digital marketing channels to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with property teams to understand marketing needs and develop targeted marketing initiatives
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing efforts, including metrics on prospect engagement, email marketing, events, and ILS listings
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and leasing, and make recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field
  • Three to five years of related work or internship experience, with a proven track record of launching successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in software including Yardi, Rent Café, Yardi MarketingIQ, Canva, MailChimp, WordPress, and Microsoft Office Suite
What We Offer

BMC offers a competitive salary range of $95,000-$105,000 annually, plus bonus incentives. Our benefits package includes paid time off, medical plan options, 401K match with immediate vesting, rent discount at BMC properties, paid volunteer leave, gym membership contributions, and company-wide social outings.
