MECA Therapies LLC is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Communication Disorders and be licensed by the NM Board of Speech, Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensers.
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide speech therapy services to individuals aged 3-21 with diagnosed conditions, conducting evaluations and treatments within our Children's Outpatient Clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Administer standardized assessment tests and develop thorough recommendations
- Present diagnostic findings and write evaluation reports with technical accuracy
- Develop treatment plans, select stimulus materials, and provide clear instructions in therapy sessions
- Record and track daily progress, utilizing time efficiently to meet objectives
- Provide accurate feedback to clients and families, planning for discharge and participating in staff meetings and trainings
- Master's degree in Communication Disorders
- Licensure from the NM Board of Speech, Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensers
- Knowledge and experience in Communication Disorders, proficient computer skills, and effective oral and written communication
