You are a BCBA with about two years of experience in the field, eager to join a team of other BCBAs who will support you on your path to becoming a clinician. You enjoy meeting new families and helping them in their ABA journey, and you love collaborating with clinical and non-clinical team members. You are a skilled trainer who enjoys using your behavior-analytic skills to train your peers, therapists, and families effectively.
