Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products to meet client needs.
Communication: Provide clear and concise information to clients regarding their policies and coverage.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team members.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common software applications.
