Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to recommend wireless solutions and onboard customers.
  • Partner with home store locations to ensure seamless customer onboarding and provide exceptional service.
  • Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 Months of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, Retail Environment (Preferred)
