Key Responsibilities:
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality speech therapy services to residents in accordance with established guidelines.
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to determine residents' needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Providing education and support to residents and their families.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records as per regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure and certification as required by the state.
- Experience in speech and swallowing evaluations and treatment.
