Join Our Team as a Class B Roll Off Truck Operator

We are currently offering a competitive sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. As a Class B Roll Off Truck Operator, you will play a crucial role in transporting waste and construction materials to designated disposal locations.

Your responsibilities will include delivering, collecting, and transporting roll-off containers to and from customer sites. This role may involve navigating through busy or tight spaces and requires frequent entry and exit from the vehicle throughout the day.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the truck safely while adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Provide timely roll-off delivery and collection services along assigned routes or as directed by work orders.
  • Maintain accurate route documentation and update logs as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
  • Engage professionally with both internal and external customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret maps effectively.
  • Physical capability to meet job demands, including prolonged periods of sitting, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting.
  • Strong driving and maneuvering skills.
  • Basic understanding of truck mechanics.
  • Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English to understand instructions, safety training, and traffic regulations.

Additional Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid Class B CDL.
  • Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or be able to obtain one prior to employment.
  • Minimum age requirement of 19 years.
  • No more than three moving violations in the past two years.
  • No DUI or OVI offenses within the last five years, or two in the last ten years.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including being available for emergency calls.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment testing is required.
