Key responsibilities- Patient assessment and monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments of patient health, including vital signs and medical histories, to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Medication administration and treatment: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Care plan development: Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Patient education: Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, and post-treatment care, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare professionals and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- A valid RN license in the United States.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications, ensuring expertise in life-saving techniques and emergency response.
