We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated new grad radiology technologists to join our team at Scripps Health. Our comprehensive 8-week paid training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this rewarding career.

Program Highlights
  • Rotations at all 5 Scripps hospitals and 1-2 outpatient clinics
  • Preceptor-aligned training for personalized guidance
  • Evening and weekend shift orientation to ensure a smooth transition
  • Educational/Q&A sessions every 2 weeks to reinforce learning

As a member of our SSRS Resource Team, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. Our team members are permanent Scripps employees who support the day-to-day operations of our locations through short-term or long-term assignments.

Requirements
  • CRT certification
  • FLUORO certification within 6 months of hire date
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in radiology technology
  • 1 year of clinically supervised digital and/or analog experience in an acute care setting
