  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports to ensure accurate and comprehensive testing.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members on testing and validation procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards to ensure that testing and validation procedures are current and effective.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in cellular network testing and validation.
  • Strong knowledge of cellular network protocols, including LTE and 5G.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive test records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cellular device testing and validation.
  • Knowledge of cellular network security and compliance regulations.
  • Experience with testing and validation tools and software.
