Summary

Role Overview

This role requires expertise in multiple layers of cellular protocols, with experience in UE and/or NW protocols development for various 3GPP technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of relevant protocol procedures and network interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain cellular protocol device side host test and network simulation environment.
  • Develop and implement test cases for cellular protocol stack features on commercial UE or protocol test systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and develop products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge in one or multiple cellular technologies, including UMTS, HSPA, HSPA+, LTE, and NR.
  • Strong experience in protocol development, test specification, and test case implementation and analysis.
  • Excellent software developing and debugging skills, including design, programming (C, C++, script), and debugging.
  • Strong experience in cellular protocol stack host test or simulation environment development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in test case scripting and regression test suites debugging conforming to relevant ETSI/3GPP protocol technical specifications.
  • Experience with TTCN-3, development and debugging/integration of TTCN-3 test cases.
  • Standard Software development & tool environment experience.
