Salary: $28 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Providing personalized patient care in a home setting
  • Executing physicians' prescribed plans of care and documenting patient progress
  • Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care with healthcare professionals
  • Teaching patients and family members about health promotion and disease prevention
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state where you will be practicing
  • 6 months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
