We are seeking registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, including gastrostomy tube (G-Tube), tracheostomy (trach) tube, and mechanical ventilator support.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and provide ongoing care to patients in their homes.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rates for LVNs: $27-$29/hour.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including 8, 12, or 16-hour shifts, primarily on 1st and 3rd shifts (mornings and overnights) but mid shifts are available.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development through on-site skills labs and online training.
