Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients, utilizing your nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
