Position Summary:
The Marketing Director will be responsible for establishing and executing our brand standards, developing marketing and advertising strategies, collaborating with external partners to implement these strategies, and ensuring franchisees engage in community outreach. This role is ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic about community and paid marketing, driven by results, and dedicated to maintaining high brand standards while supporting the growth of our locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the in-house marketing authority with comprehensive knowledge of current trends in culinary entertainment and franchise marketing.
  • Act as the primary liaison for marketing and advertising between franchisees and the franchisor.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including advertising and marketing initiatives for new location launches.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, budgeting, and invoicing of the Brand Development Fund.
  • Manage brand development efforts, including the establishment of brand standards and system-wide initiatives.
  • Utilize unique brand positioning to create content strategy calendars that enhance the guest experience from inquiry to booking and retention.
  • Coordinate with agencies and manage ongoing projects, including advertising campaigns, promotional materials, social media, and public relations.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness across all channels, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance to refine messaging and recommendations based on insights.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy and compliance with best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the industry to foster a strong network for referrals and partnerships.
  • Work with franchise sales partners to implement brand strategies that generate new leads in the franchise sales pipeline.
  • Address various business challenges that may arise and contribute to their resolution.
  • Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Proven expertise in paid advertising strategies and vendor management
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and detail-oriented accountability
  • Familiarity with technology tools for efficient campaign management
  • Excellent design sensibility
  • Proficient in using Apple computers, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to identify opportunities and solutions in challenging situations
  • Self-motivated individual eager to contribute to a collaborative team
  • Resourceful problem solver capable of addressing both simple and complex issues
